Therapeutic/Sport Mobile Massage
Therapeutic/Sport Mobile Massage
If there's general muscular tension in your body or you have a specific pain/injury that's bothering you, a therapeutic massage may be a great option for you.
Each session starts with a health intake and assessment, where your treatment goals will be discussed, followed by an appropriate massage treatment. Some home care stretches/exercises may be recommended afterwards.

*A €10 travel fee will apply after a distance of 10km up to 15km, with an additional €10 travel fee for services between 16km to 30km. For example, if you live in Cloghan or Castlefinn, the fee for a 60 minute mobile treatment would be €90, and if you're located in Lifford, Letterkenny, or Donegal Town the cost would be €100 for a 60 minute mobile treatment.
**Mobile services beyond 30km are not offered at this time. Mobile services do not currently operate in Northern Ireland.

Policies
Cancellation Policy: There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. In order to be respectful of your Massage Therapist's time and the health needs of other clients, clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to keep their appointment time. Clients who do not cancel at least 24 hours preceding their appointment time will receive an invoice for 75% of their original appointment and will be required to pay this in full before any future appointments may be booked.
Privacy Policy: In order to provide appropriate treatment your Massage Therapist must collect some of your personal and health information. If you have booked a mobile massage treatment, your name and address may be shared with the Massage Therapist’s emergency contact for their safety. All other information you provide will be kept confidential unless required by law.
Payment Policy: Payment in full is due on the day of treatment. At this time payments can be made via Revolut transfer or by cash.
