Welcome!

I’m a Canadian-trained massage therapist who fell in love with Donegal – and a certain Donegal man – and now call this beautiful corner of Ireland home. Together we’re raising our young family here, and I couldn’t be happier to bring my practice to the place we now call home.

With a two-year diploma in Massage Therapy from Alberta, Canada, I specialize in treatments that actually make a difference: deep tissue & sports massage, pregnancy massage, and tailored therapeutic work. What drives me every day is the body’s incredible ability to heal itself – and my privilege in helping that process along so you can move better, feel better, and live better.

My style blends the clinical precision I learned in rehabilitation settings with the calm, restorative touch of spa therapy – the result is a treatment that’s both deeply effective and genuinely relaxing.

Through Restore Balance, I now offer mobile massage appointments across Ballybofey-Stranorlar, and surrounding areas in Donegal. I come to you – no travel, no stress, just proper relaxation and relief in the comfort of your own home.
